The appointment

Every appointment begins with a consultation with your groomer about cut type, skin condition, coat condition and medical history. It makes for the best grooming experience and outcome. With the expert knowledge our staff possess, they can answer any questions you have about your dog’s grooming. You can come in with a cut in mind, or ask the groomers to help you choose a style.

Should I stay or should I go?

Once your pet begins the grooming process, feel free to stay and wait, or take a break and we’ll call you when your pet is done. Our compassionate approach, when needed, lets an owner stay with their pet for reasons such as old age, special needs or temperament.
